Before You Start
Make sure your Fiscal Cash Register is compatible with Selio for Restaurants. [Visit Selio Shop to purchase a supported device].
Connect Fiscal Devices to Your Network #
When connecting your fiscal cash register or fiscal printer to the local network:
- You will need to manually set an IP address directly on the device.
- For help with IP configuration, contact your local fiscal register support team.
Configure Fiscal Devices in Selio #
- In the Selio app, go to Account > Settings > Hardware > Fiscal Cash Registers.
- Tap Add a Fiscal Register and follow these steps:
- Fiscal Register Name: Name it based on its location (e.g., Front Desk, Bar).
- Select Fiscal Register: Choose Datecs (Cash Register) or Epson (Fiscal Printer).
- Enter IP Address: Use the IP provided by your specialist in fiscal register.
- Tap Save.
- Ensure the device status shows as ‘Connected’ to confirm a successful setup.
Quick Tip: Copy Fiscal Device Settings #
To set up the fiscal register on additional devices:
- Go to Account > Settings > Hardware > Fiscal Cash Registers.
- Tap Copy from another device and select from the list.
- Confirm the fiscal register shows as ‘Connected’ on the new device.
