Before You Start

Combo Deals (or Offers) bundle two or more products together at a fixed price, giving customers added value and convenience.

• Combos may include multiple selection steps, where customers pick items, apply customizations, or choose add-ons.
• Some combos have mandatory selections, while others may allow optional upgrades (e.g., extra toppings or premium drinks).

Combo Structure #

All combos are created in Selio Cloud Manager.

Example:
A “Pizza Combo” has 3 required steps, with a fixed combo price (modifiers with extra charges will increase the final total).

In this example:

• Step 1: Choose a pizza
• Step 2: Select a drink
• Step 3: Pick a dessert
  Each step must be completed to add the combo to the order.

How to Apply a Combo in Selio #

1. Select the combo from the menu.
2. Follow each step:
   • Step 1: Choose your pizza. To add modifiers (e.g., extra cheese), long-press the item.
   • Step 2: Pick a drink from the available options.
   • Step 3: Select a dessert.
3. Once all steps are completed, press “Add for X RON” to include the combo in the order.

You can scroll between steps or tap the step numbers (1, 2, 3) to quickly navigate through the combo process.

Use combos to upsell! Pair popular items (e.g., pizza + drink + dessert) to boost average order value and streamline ordering.
