Before You Start
Customers accumulate stars or points through purchases. These stars convert into coupons when thresholds are met. Configure rules in Selio Manager.
Apply a Coupon to an Order #
- Open an order via New Sale or Floor Plan.
- Add the customer to the order and send the items.
- Tap Actions > Coupons to view available coupons.
- Select the coupon(s) you want to apply.
- Tap Done to apply them to the order.
Remove a Coupon #
- Go to Actions > Coupons.
- Deselect the coupon(s) you no longer wish to use.
- Tap Done to update the order.
Important Notes:
- A coupon can only be applied if the order total is equal to or greater than the coupon value.
- If an order or table is Voided, any applied coupon will automatically return to the customer’s account for future use.
💡 Pro Tip:
- Always check if a customer has active coupons and offer to apply them at checkout — it creates a positive experience and strengthens customer loyalty.
- Remind staff to combine coupons with upsells, suggesting additional items to increase the final bill before applying discounts.
