Before You Start
Once items have been sent to the kitchen/bar, you can still make changes using item-level actions like Move or Void.
Move Item(s) Between Bills #
- Open the order.
- Select one or more sent items.
- Tap Options > Move to….
- Choose the new destination (new or existing bill).
- Tap Move to complete the transfer.
Void Item(s) #
- Open the order.
- Select one or more sent items.
- Tap Options > Void.
- Choose a reason.
- Tap Void to confirm.
💡 Pro Tip:
Train staff to move or void items at the item level to correct small errors without affecting the entire bill — this helps reduce reporting discrepancies and improves service flow.
