Before You Start

Once items have been sent to the kitchen/bar, you can still make changes using item-level actions like Move or Void.

Move Item(s) Between Bills #

1. Open the order.
2. Select one or more sent items.
3. Tap Options > Move to….
4. Choose the new destination (new or existing bill).
5. Tap Move to complete the transfer.

Void Item(s) #

1. Open the order.
2. Select one or more sent items.
3. Tap Options > Void.
4. Choose a reason.
5. Tap Void to confirm.

💡 Pro Tip:

Train staff to move or void items at the item level to correct small errors without affecting the entire bill — this helps reduce reporting discrepancies and improves service flow.
