Before You Start
Selio’s Sales Reports allow managers to:
- Track daily/weekly/monthly/yearly performance
- Analyze individual/team sales
- Review tips and payment methods
- Generate insights for payroll and operational optimization
How to Access Reports #
- Login to the Selio POS app (on your Android device).
- Navigate to Account > Sales Reports.
Report Overview: Filters & Navigation #
- Title Section: Displays the selected date range (Day, Week, Month, Quarter, Year).
- Filter by Team Member: Analyze reports for specific staff or view collective performance.
- Custom Date Range: Tap the calendar to select custom dates.
Export & Print Options #
- Tap the Cloud icon to download the report (CSV or PDF).
- Tap the Print icon to print the report directly from the POS on your Epson printer.
Key Metrics in Sales Summary #
Top-level Metrics
- Sales: Total revenue.
- Closed Orders: Number of completed transactions.
- Covers: Total guests served.
- Average per Sale: Revenue per order.
- Team Members: Performance data per staff member.
- Item Sales: Quantity and revenue per product.
Each metric shows a percentage (%) indicating growth or decline vs. the previous equivalent period.
Detailed Sales Summary #
Tap Show Details to expand:
Gross Sales
- Items Sold
- Modifiers(e.g., upsells/customizations)
- Gift Cards
- Extra Charges(e.g., SGR tax, Packaging fees)
Discounts, Coupons & Promotions
Displays total amounts deducted via active campaigns or manual discounts.
Net Sales
Revenue after all deductions.
Tips
- Tips Cash
- Tips Non-Cash
See a clear split between cash and electronic tips.
Extra Charges & Total Sales
- Final sales amount including all surcharges.
- Includes percentage comparisons to previous periods.

Use this breakdown to identify if sales drops are linked to higher discounts/promotions or other deductions.
Sales Graph: Visual Performance
- Automatically compares your selected period vs. the previous Day/Week/Month/Quarter/Year.
- Tap each hour block to view the exact revenue collected during that time frame.
Quickly identify peak business hours, slow periods, and sales trends over time.
Payment Types Section
See how customers pay:
- Breakdown of sales by cash, card, or other configured methods.
- Displays both amount and percentage share.
Helps monitor preferred payment methods and manage cash flow more effectively.
Prep Station Sales
Gain insights on:
- Quantity of items sold by prep station (e.g., Kitchen, Bar, Pastry)
- Net Sales generated by each station
This section is key for optimizing kitchen workflows and resource allocation.
