Before You Start
Use Split to divide items from one order into multiple new orders or bills (e.g., when splitting a check between guests).
Split an Order (Create Sub-Orders) #
- From the order view or floor plan, tap Actions > Split.
- Select the items you want to split.
- Tap Create New Order to move the selected items into a new sub-bill (e.g., S1-2, S1-3).
- Tap Save to finalize.
💡 Pro Tip:
- Use split orders for groups that need separate bills but stay at the same table (e.g., friends dining together but paying individually).
- Splits maintain a root table ID (e.g., S1 ➡ S1-2 and S1-3) to ensure table tracking stays clean.
