Selio Electronic Communication and Signature Consent

Effective Date: December 1, 2024

Selio Software, along with its affiliates and third-party service providers (collectively referred to as “Selio”), may need to send you important information, agreements, statements, or disclosures (“Communications”) regarding our Services. By agreeing to this Electronic Communication and Signature Consent, you confirm that you are able to receive these Communications electronically and consent to the use of electronic signatures in your relationship with Selio (“Consent”). If you choose not to provide this Consent or later withdraw it, you may lose access to certain Services.

Receiving Communications and Using Electronic Signatures

By agreeing to this Consent, you allow Selio to deliver all Communications electronically, whether through email, text message, or by making them available on our websites or apps. These Communications may include, but are not limited to:

  1. Service-related agreements and policies, such as this Consent, our Privacy Notice, Seller Agreement, and Commercial Entity Agreement.
  2. Payment authorizations, transaction receipts, and confirmations.
  3. Account statements and transaction histories.
  4. Your country tax documents and filings.

Additionally, Selio may use electronic signatures in your interactions with us, and you agree to provide your electronic signature when required.

Technical Requirements for Accessing Electronic Communications

To access and store Communications electronically, you will need the following:

  • A computer or mobile device with internet or mobile data access.
  • For desktop-based Communications:
    • A modern web browser that supports 256-bit encryption.
    • Cookies must be enabled, and browser extensions may affect functionality.
    • Recommended browsers: Latest versions of Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, or Google Chrome.
  • For app-based Communications:
    • A current operating system that supports text messaging, downloading, and apps from the Google Play.
    • Latest versions of Safari or Chrome for iOS, and Chrome for Android OS.
  • Access to the email address linked to your Selio account.
  • Adequate storage space to save Communications or a printer to print them.

If your email account uses spam filters, make sure to add contact [at] selio [dot] io to your email contacts to ensure Communications are delivered.

Requesting Paper Copies of Communications

You have the option to request any Communication in paper form, free of charge. To do so, send a detailed request specifying the document you need within 180 days of its original date to:

Please note that asking for paper copies does not automatically revoke your consent to receive electronic Communications.

How to Withdraw Your Consent

If you wish to stop receiving electronic Communications, you can withdraw your consent at any time by sending a written request to the address provided above. However, withdrawing your consent may result in losing access to certain Services. Selio will process your withdrawal request within a reasonable timeframe and confirm the effective date of your withdrawal in writing, either electronically or in paper form.

Keeping Your Contact Information Up to Date

To update your email address, simply send a written request to the Selio address mentioned above. You may also be able to update your email address directly through our Services, depending on the options available.
