Selio Electronic Communication and Signature Consent

Selio Software, together with its affiliates and third-party service providers, may need to send you important information, agreements, statements, or disclosures about our services. By agreeing to this Electronic Communication and Signature Consent, you confirm that you can receive these communications electronically and that you consent to the use of electronic signatures in your relationship with Selio.

If you choose not to provide this consent, or if you later withdraw it, you may lose access to certain services.

Receiving communications and using electronic signatures

By agreeing to this consent, you allow Selio to deliver all communications electronically, whether by email, text message, or by making them available through our websites or apps. These communications may include, but are not limited to:

For app-based communications
- A current operating system that supports text messaging, downloads, and apps from Google Play.
- Latest versions of Safari or Chrome on iOS, and Chrome on Android.
Access to the email address linked to your Selio account.
Enough storage to save communications, or a printer if you want paper copies.

Requesting paper copies of communications

You may request any communication in paper form at no charge. To do this, send a detailed request identifying the document you need within 180 days of its original date to:

How to withdraw your consent

If you no longer wish to receive electronic communications, you can withdraw your consent at any time by sending a written request to the address above. Withdrawing consent may result in losing access to certain services.

Selio will process your request within a reasonable time and confirm the effective withdrawal date in writing, either electronically or on paper.

Keeping your contact information up to date

To update your email address, send a written request to the Selio address above. In some cases, you may also be able to update your address directly through the services, depending on the options available.
