Steps

  1. Open the customer profile or service flow connected to the customer.
  2. Review the loyalty section for that customer.
  3. Check the visible loyalty status or reward context.
  4. Confirm whether the customer currently has anything available to use.
  5. Use the loyalty information to guide the next service or checkout step.
  6. Review the order carefully before applying any reward.
  7. Return to the profile or order flow once the status check is complete.
