Summary
Review your account access so you understand which business areas, workspaces, or operational surfaces are available to your account.
Before you begin
- Make sure you are signed in to the correct account
- Confirm you can access the account overview or access section
- Know whether you are reviewing missing access, unexpected access, or general account visibility
- Make sure the team understands that some access settings may be controlled at admin or business level
Steps
- Open Account Settings in Selio.
- Go to the access or account visibility section.
- Review the business areas or scopes available to your account.
- Check whether the visible access matches your operational role.
- Identify any access that looks missing or unexpected.
- Confirm what your account should be able to use in daily work.
- Escalate internally if account access needs to be adjusted at business level.
Troubleshooting
- You can see too little: Your account may need additional permissions from the business administrator.
- You can see too much: Review the access issue immediately with the business owner or admin.
- The team expects Account Settings to override business permissions: Clarify that some access is controlled outside personal account settings.
- Users do not understand what they should have access to: Define role-based access expectations clearly.
