- Confirm the current account information shown on screen.
- Check whether the issue is about missing settings, failed updates, wrong visibility, or incorrect notification behavior.
- Retry the relevant update if appropriate.
- Reopen the section to verify the result.
- Escalate internally or to Selio Support if the issue continues after account review and correction.
Troubleshooting
- Profile changes do not save: Recheck the editable fields and refresh the section after saving.
- Access looks wrong: Confirm whether the issue belongs to personal settings or business-level permissions.
