Before you begin
- Open Selio Manager with menu setup access
- Make sure you have permission to manage menus
- Decide how many menus the business needs
- Confirm how menus should be structured across locations or service periods
Steps
- Open the menu management area in Selio Manager.
- Review the current menu list.
- Start the create menu flow.
- Enter the menu name and select the SellPoint.
- Save the menu.
- Publish the menu when it is ready for the selected location and service period.
- Review the new menu in POS after the publish step.
Troubleshooting
- You cannot create a menu: Your account may not have the right permissions.
- The menu does not appear after saving: Refresh the page and recheck the menu list.
- Menu naming is unclear: Use internal naming rules for breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar, or delivery menus.
- The team created duplicate menus: Standardize ownership and review before publishing.
