Before you begin

Steps

  1. Open the business profile area in Selio Manager.
  2. Review the current details instead of editing blindly.
  3. Update the core business information that needs to be corrected or completed.
  4. Save the profile changes.
  5. Reopen the profile and confirm the saved data is the one the team expects.
  6. Continue to locations, users, or menu setup only after the profile is correct.

Troubleshooting

  • The profile cannot be edited: The account may not have permission for business-level settings.
  • The wrong business details are showing: Confirm the current workspace before saving changes.
  • A save appears to work but the old value still shows: Refresh and reopen the profile before editing again.
  • Different teams use different business details: Set one official owner for the profile data.
