Summary

Add products in Selio Manager so they can be sold correctly through your menus and restaurant workflows.

Before you begin

  • Sign in to Selio Manager
  • Make sure the target menu and category already exist
  • Confirm you have permission to create products
  • Prepare the basic product details before starting

Steps

  1. Open the menu or product management area in Selio Manager.
  2. Go to the category where the product should be added.
  3. Start the add product flow.
  4. Enter the product name and core setup details.
  5. Save the product.
  6. Review the product inside the correct category.
  7. Continue with pricing, product details, or modifier setup if needed.

Troubleshooting

  • You cannot add products: Your account may not have the required permissions.
  • The product was added to the wrong category: Move or update it before publishing.
  • The product appears incomplete: Continue with price, details, or option setup before going live.
  • Staff cannot find the product later: Review category placement and naming.
