Before you begin

Steps

  1. Open the menu management area in Selio Manager.
  2. Review the pending or recent changes.
  3. Confirm the menu, category, product, price, and availability updates are correct.
  4. Start the publish flow.
  5. Review the final publish confirmation.
  6. Publish the changes.
  7. Confirm the updated menu is now ready for live use in the relevant sales surfaces.

Troubleshooting

  • Publish option is missing: Your account may not have publish permissions.
  • Changes do not appear in live service: Confirm the publish completed successfully and allow the relevant sales surface to refresh or sync.
  • The wrong update was published: Correct it in Selio Manager and republish as needed.
  • Some devices still show old data: Check sync timing and confirm the correct menu is active.
  • The team was not ready for the change: Use internal approval rules before publishing time-sensitive updates.
