Change Password or Access Method

Change your password or review your access method so your account stays secure and aligned with the login flow your business uses.

Before you begin

  • Make sure you are signed in to the correct account
  • Confirm your account is allowed to manage password or access method changes
  • Know whether your account uses standard password login or another approved access method
  • Follow your business’s internal security policy before making changes

Steps

  1. Open Account Settings in Selio.
  2. Go to the security, password, or access section.
  3. Review the current access method shown for your account.
  4. Start the password change or access update flow.
  5. Enter the required information to complete the change.
  6. Save or confirm the update.
  7. Verify that your account can still sign in correctly after the change, if applicable.

Troubleshooting

  • Password or access controls are missing: The account setup may restrict direct changes.
  • The team is unsure which login method the account uses: Confirm the approved access path before changing anything.
  • A password change succeeds but sign-in still fails: Recheck the exact login credentials and active access method.
  • The account should not manage access directly: Follow the business or admin-controlled access process instead of forcing changes at user level.
