Before you begin

  • Make sure you are signed in with the account you want to update
  • Confirm you have access to edit your own profile details
  • Decide which profile information needs to be corrected or updated
  • Make sure the updated details follow your business’s internal account standards

Steps

  1. Open Account Settings in Selio.
  2. Go to the profile section.
  3. Review the current account details.
  4. Edit the fields that need updating.
  5. Review the changes carefully.
  6. Save the updated profile.
  7. Confirm the new information appears correctly in your account.

Troubleshooting

  • Profile fields cannot be edited: Your account may not have access to change those details.
  • Changes do not appear after saving: Refresh the page and reopen the profile section.
  • The wrong account was updated: Verify the signed-in user before changing profile details.
  • The team uses inconsistent names or details: Standardize account profile naming and ownership internally.
