Review your account access so you understand which business areas, workspaces, or operational surfaces are available to your account.

Before you begin

  • Make sure you are signed in to the correct account
  • Confirm you can access the account overview or access section
  • Know whether you are reviewing missing access, unexpected access, or general account visibility
  • Make sure the team understands that some access settings may be controlled at admin or business level

Steps

  1. Open Account Settings in Selio.
  2. Go to the access or account visibility section.
  3. Review the business areas or scopes available to your account.
  4. Check whether the visible access matches your operational role.
  5. Identify any access that looks missing or unexpected.
  6. Confirm what your account should be able to use in daily work.
  7. Escalate internally if account access needs to be adjusted at business level.

Troubleshooting

  • You can see too little: Your account may need additional permissions from the business administrator.
  • You can see too much: Review the access issue immediately with the business owner or admin.
  • The team expects Account Settings to override business permissions: Clarify that some access is controlled outside personal account settings.
  • Users do not understand what they should have access to: Define role-based access expectations clearly.
