Steps

  1. Open Account Settings in Selio.
  2. Go to the area related to the issue.
  3. Confirm the current account information shown on screen.
  4. Check whether the issue is about missing settings, failed updates, wrong visibility, or incorrect notification behavior.
  5. Retry the relevant update if appropriate.
  6. Reopen the section to verify the result.
  7. Escalate internally or to Selio Support if the issue continues after account review and correction.

Troubleshooting

  • Profile changes do not save: Recheck the editable fields and refresh the section after saving.
