Steps

  1. Open the Selio KDS app on the device.
  2. Start the connection or sign-in flow.
  3. Enter the required account or pairing details.
  4. Confirm the correct business and location.
  5. Complete sign-in.
  6. Wait for the KDS screen to sync.
  7. Confirm the device opens in the expected kitchen environment and is ready to receive orders.

Troubleshooting

  • Cannot sign in: Recheck credentials, pairing details, and internet connection.
  • Wrong business or location appears: Stop and verify the device assignment before continuing.
