Before you begin

Steps

  1. Open Customer Directory.
  2. Find and open the customer profile you want to update.
  3. Review the current customer details.
  4. Edit the fields that need correction or improvement.
  5. Review the changes carefully.
  6. Save the updated profile.
  7. Confirm the new information is now visible in the customer record.

Troubleshooting

  • The profile cannot be edited: Your account may not have permission to update customer records.
  • Changes do not appear after saving: Refresh the profile and confirm the save completed correctly.
  • The wrong customer profile was edited: Reopen the correct profile and verify the identity before making more changes.
