  5. Confirm the customer is attached to the order.
  6. Continue with the order as usual.
  7. Review the order details to make sure the customer information is saved correctly.

Troubleshooting

  • Customer cannot be found: Check spelling, phone number, or available search details.
  • Duplicate customer profiles exist: Select carefully and review internal cleanup rules later.
  • User cannot attach a customer: Permission limits may apply.
