Before you begin

  • Make sure the customer profile already exists
  • Confirm your account has access to customer activity or profile history
  • Open the correct customer profile before reviewing activity
  • Make sure your team uses customer activity only for valid service and operational purposes

Steps

  1. Open Customer Directory.
  2. Find and open the customer profile you want to review.
  3. Go to the activity or history area of the profile.
  4. Review the visible customer activity linked to that record.
  5. Check the activity carefully before making service or profile decisions.
  6. Use the activity context to support the next operational step if needed.
  7. Return to the profile overview or continue with another customer action.

Troubleshooting

  • No activity appears in the profile: The customer may be newly created or not yet linked to enough operational activity.
  • The activity looks incomplete: Refresh the profile and confirm you are reviewing the correct customer record.
  • The team expects too much detail in one place: Use customer activity as operational context, not as a replacement for every reporting workflow.
  • Staff misreads the profile history: Train the team to verify the customer before acting on the record.
