Steps

  1. Prepare the Android device for live restaurant use.
  2. Confirm the Selio app is installed and signed in correctly.
  3. Confirm the device is linked to the correct supported payment partner flow.
  4. Verify that the partner SoftPOS setup is active on the device.
  5. Open Selio and go to a payment-ready order.
  6. Start a controlled test payment.
  7. Confirm the payment result returns correctly into Selio and the location is ready for service.

Troubleshooting

  • Tap to Pay does not appear on the device: Confirm the device is Android and that the partner setup is active.
  • Selio opens, but payment handoff does not work: Recheck the partner SoftPOS readiness and device configuration.
