Before you begin

Steps
- Open the order that is ready for payment.
- Start the card or contactless payment path in Selio.
- Hand the Android device to the customer or position it for the tap.
- Wait for the payment result instead of moving to another screen too early.
- Confirm the order returns to Selio with the expected paid or updated state.
- Change the payment method before finalizing only if the contactless attempt cannot be completed.
Troubleshooting
- The customer taps but nothing happens: Recheck device readiness and the active partner flow before retrying.
- The partner payment flow does not open: Confirm the handoff step starts correctly from the Selio order.
- The payment finishes but the order does not look paid: Review the order state before starting another attempt.
- The customer wants another method instead: Exit the contactless path cleanly and use the correct alternative payment flow.
