Manage ready orders clearly so your team can move completed delivery orders into assignment and dispatch without losing control.

Before you begin

  • Make sure delivery orders are already flowing into Selio Delivery
  • Confirm the team understands what qualifies an order as ready
  • Make sure drivers are available or nearly available for dispatch
  • Check that the map and delivery workspace are synced

Steps

  1. Open the Selio Delivery workspace.
  2. Review the orders currently marked as ready.
  3. Open a ready order to confirm the delivery details are complete.
  4. Check that the order is truly ready to leave the restaurant.
  5. Review timing, destination, and current delivery load before assigning it.
  6. Keep ready orders visible until they are assigned to a driver.
  7. Move the order into driver assignment once it is ready for dispatch.

Troubleshooting

  • An order should be ready but is not visible there: Recheck the order status in the source workflow.
  • Too many ready orders are waiting at once: Review driver capacity and dispatch timing.
  • A ready order is assigned too late: Keep the ready view monitored continuously during rush.
  • The team marks orders ready before packaging is complete: Tighten the handoff rule between kitchen and dispatch.
