Track Orders on the Map

Summary

Use the map to monitor live delivery activity, so dispatchers and managers can see where drivers are and how active orders are moving.

Before you begin

  • Make sure active delivery orders already exist
  • Confirm drivers have been dispatched
  • Check that the delivery map is loading correctly
  • Know which statuses and time window you want to review

Steps

  1. Open the map view in Selio Delivery.
  2. Review the active delivery markers and driver positions.
  3. Apply the delivery status filters you want to see.
  4. Select the time window that matches the period you want to review.
  5. Open an order or driver from the map to inspect more detail.
  6. Use the map to understand active route movement and delivery progress.
  7. Keep the map visible during service to react quickly to delays or unusual activity.

Troubleshooting

  • The map looks empty: Check whether filters or time window settings are hiding the activity you expect.
  • Driver tracking seems delayed: Review active delivery status and sync quality.
  • Too much noise appears on the map: Reduce the visible statuses and use the right time window.
  • The team is unsure what to monitor first: Focus on active dispatched deliveries, driver movement, and orders spending too long in one state.
