Before you begin

  • Check the current order status before making assumptions
  • Make sure you can access the delivery workspace, map, and integration setup

Steps

  1. Confirm the order exists and reached the delivery workflow.
  2. Check the current delivery status of the order.
  3. Review whether the order is inside the correct delivery zone and source flow.
  4. Confirm the order moved correctly from new to in progress to ready.
  5. Review driver assignment and tray staging if the issue is between ready and dispatch.
  6. Check map tracking if the issue begins after dispatch.
  7. Escalate to Selio Support if the issue continues after status, zone, integration, and dispatch checks.
