Steps
- Open the reports area in Selio Restaurant App.
- Select the sales report you want to review.
- Choose the relevant time range or reporting view.
- Review the headline sales figures.
- Check whether the data answers your operational question.
- Compare the report to live activity or transaction detail if needed.
- Use the report to support end-of-shift, end-of-day, or performance review decisions.
Troubleshooting
- Report data looks incomplete: Check the time range, sync status, and whether all devices are included.
- Sales figures do not match expectations: Review transactions, discounts, voids, and payment completion first.
- The wrong period is selected: Recheck the report range before drawing conclusions.
- User cannot access reports: Permission restrictions may apply.
- Manager needs more detailed analysis: Use additional reporting tools or linked categories where available.
