Steps
- Open the transactions area in Selio Restaurant App.
- Review the list of available transactions.
- Select a transaction to see more detail.
- Check the transaction amount, payment method, and status.
- Review related order or invoice context if available.
- Use the information to confirm payment results or investigate questions.
- Return to the list and continue reviewing other transactions as needed.
Troubleshooting
- A transaction is missing: Check the selected date, device, user access, or sync status.
- Transaction details look incomplete: Refresh the view and re-open the transaction.
- Payment method is unclear: Review the transaction status and linked payment information carefully.
- Staff cannot open transactions: Permission rules may apply.
- The same payment seems hard to identify: Use order amount, time, and related context to confirm the correct transaction.
