Before you begin
Sign in to the device
Make sure the device is fully synced
Confirm you have permission to access settings, if required
Steps
Open the settings area of Selio Restaurant App.
Go to the display and sound preferences section.
Adjust screen brightness or visual settings for the restaurant environment.
Set sound levels for order alerts, confirmations, or notifications.
Review any vibration or silent mode preferences, if available.
Save the changes.
Test the new settings during a basic action, such as opening a sale or receiving an order.
Troubleshooting
Screen is too dim: Increase device brightness and confirm auto-brightness is not interfering.
No sound alerts: Check app sound settings and device-level volume settings.
Alerts are too loud during service: Lower notification volume and retest.
Changes don’t apply: Save again and restart the app if needed.
User cannot access preferences: Permission restrictions may apply.
