Before you begin

  • Make sure the business has more than one available menu
  • Confirm the correct menus are already created and assigned
  • Make sure you have permission to change the active menu, if required
  • Check whether the change should apply only to the current device, user, or service flow

Steps

  1. Open Selio Restaurant App.
  2. Go to the menu area or the active service screen where the current menu is shown.
  3. Open the menu selector.
  4. Review the available menus.
  5. Select the menu you want to use.
  6. Confirm the change, if prompted.
  7. Check that categories and items update correctly before taking the next order.

Troubleshooting

  • The menu you need is missing: Confirm it has been created, published, and assigned to the location.
  • The wrong items still appear: Refresh the screen or re-open the sale flow.
  • The menu changes back unexpectedly: Check whether the location uses schedule-based menu switching.
  • User cannot switch menus: Permission rules may restrict access.
  • Pricing looks wrong after switching: Confirm the correct menu version is active for that location.
