Steps

  1. Start a new order or open an existing order.
  2. Add an item that includes available options.
  3. Review the option choices shown on screen.
  4. Select the correct option based on the guest request.
  5. Confirm the item and add it to the order.
  6. Review the order line to make sure the selected option is visible.
  7. Continue adding the rest of the order.

Troubleshooting

  • No options appear for the item: The item may not have options configured in the active menu.
  • The wrong option was selected: Edit the order line and correct it before payment or send-to-kitchen finalization.
  • Staff are confused by similar options: Review the naming of options and keep labels clear and simple.
