Review transaction details in one place, so your team can quickly understand what was paid, how it was processed, and what needs attention.

Before you begin

  • Make sure transactions exist for the selected period or device
  • Confirm the user has permission to view transaction details
  • Know whether you are reviewing a single payment or a broader transaction list
  • Make sure the app is synced and up to date

Steps

  1. Open the transactions area in Selio Restaurant App.
  2. Review the list of available transactions.
  3. Select a transaction to see more detail.
  4. Check the transaction amount, payment method, and status.
  5. Review related order or invoice context if available.
  6. Use the information to confirm payment results or investigate questions.
  7. Return to the list and continue reviewing other transactions as needed.

Troubleshooting

  • A transaction is missing: Check the selected date, device, user access, or sync status.
  • Transaction details look incomplete: Refresh the view and re-open the transaction.
  • Payment method is unclear: Review the transaction status and linked payment information carefully.
  • Staff cannot open transactions: Permission rules may apply.
  • The same payment seems hard to identify: Use order amount, time, and related context to confirm the correct transaction.
